A friend of her's put some sort of whistle in the tail pipe of my sister's car.

Whistled like mad while she was driving... but not so much at idle.

She took it to the shop to have it checked out... and apparently (from what my sister told me) once they discovered the "problem" they literally couldn't stop laughing.

I imagine you coud do the same with a motorcycle.

1. Take a screenshot of his desktop and set it as his background and remove the real icons

2. Wire a horn to his turn signal

3. Fill his cubicle/office with LOTS of rubberbands on the floor, sweeping tools will not pick them up so he'll have to pick each one up one at a time
