Office Plotter Computer [CPU Suggestions]

My boss has requested that i build a relatively cheap computer to interface with our wideformat plotter. He is looking to spend around 700-800 dollars total for the system. The computer will simply need to connect to the network and serve as a print station for the plotter. CAD and photoshop files will not be edited on this system... only printed.

For this i was thinking, 1gb of ram would surfice and i am simply wondering what the best budget processor would be. I am shooting for a CPU price between 100 & 200 dollars.

Please post your suggestions.

why not just get a dell or something

i dunno. 349 or 429 with 19in lcd
seems pretty decent to me.
