Office network

Very strange problem with an office network.
Router: Cisco
Networking config: All ip manually configed
We have 4 computers configed.
A: Server
B, C, D: All accessing data from A
Problem: Comp. A (server) can access to all computers except B, while C & D can access B.
Comp. B can access the server (A)
What is wrong!!!!
Need Help.....
Thanks.

Are they on the same LAN or different LANs?

Has it worked before? What's changed?

My intuition says that B can access A but A can't access B, it's a software problem on A or B.

is this a domain setup or workgroup setup?

if its a workgroup, Id guess that not all the computers have the exact same username and password on them, or they all dont have the guest account enabled (which is bad)

if its a domain, Id think its a permissions issue on the user logged into the PC that cant access the server.

What happens on each machine when you go Start>Run> and type in \\Servername\ShareName

And what happens on the 'server' when you go Start>Run> and type in \\Computername\Sharename

ok its all setup in the same LAN as Workgroup and they were working earlier.
they do not have the same username and password
I need to check the Guest account on them, I am not sure..... thanks for the info so far...
will update with what happened after checking the guest account
