Come on, there is a difference between hitting on girls and sexual harrasment. If what the guys do make her uncomfortable she should ask them to stop, if they don't comply then she should speak to the company and if they tell her to shut up then she has a reason to sue. Just because you can sue and win doesn't mean that you should.
