As stupid as her outburst was, you probably could have easily diffused the situation by taking a different approach than this:

Me "Oh I don't know.. maybe by the fact that everything on your screen says office A, not office B??"

Maybe. I'll admit I was getting a bit exasperated with her. But considering her question and her word choice what would you have said? When they are too oblivious or stupid to read whats right in front of them there's not much I can do.

People like her deserve to get nixed. If she doesn't get nixed now she probably would have been further down the road anyway with that kind of attitude, and to further detriment of the organization to boot.

She's his co-worker, not his customer, he's by no means obligated to be perky and polite like you'd expect your ISP tech support to be. His job is to make sure things run well so she can do her job, she was obviously not doing her job, and tried to pass the buck on to him. Her failure, not his.

I think it was justified considering she dropped the F bomb on you three times before that.

beloved patriot... what a funny sounding word. Where does it originate from?

 to the OP

I always thought Cracker made more sense, in that us white folk are pretty damn close to the color of a saltine.

what about wheat saltines?

I stopped reading at lashonda and realized this is a story of some trailer trash getting fired and going back on welfare.
