Look out Folks!

I got my drive and invoice, and the price on the invoice was $79.00 plus tax. They did not apply the coupon code! When I called they stated that it was originally $99.00 and they price adjusted to $79 using the coupon, but didn't show the coupon on the invoice! What a crock! This may be the one time I did not print out the web order confirmation page.......

Anybody else hit by this scam?

Can anybody help with my dumb mistake? I sent in all my info and the UPC to the rebate center. But guess what: I received an email in which they now claim that I didn't send them the UPC even though I distinctly remember putting it in the envelope along with the rebate and receipt. And clever, clever me: I didn't copy the UPC.
