Hi, i used the 20% off coupons earlier to get a jornada 548...it showed on the confirmation e-mail that it took out 20% off...BUT when i checked online at my order...the 20% off doesn't show up..they charged me full price...

do you guys think that the office depot will include 20% off in my order or charge me full price? i don't know if i can contact their customer service now since it's NEW YEARS DAY...

if you confirmation email shows 20% off, you will be fine. at least you could argue with them if they charge you
the full price.

alfalfa79, I ordered a Palm m505, Promo Pack, Palm Game Pack and Stylus 3-pk from OD website Friday, picked the option to pick up at local store. I printed the emailed invoice I got becuase I had that 6th sense feeling that the website wasn't going to transmit the 20% bit on that order to the local B&M. I was right! That Saturday they tried to charge me the full price and I had to get one of the dang CSM's to eyeball my printout and realize there was a 20% on this order. Took her 5 minutes to figure out how to enter it... I was very patient and it paid off, they screwed up the transaction and I ended up getting an extra $50 in discounts! I paid $379 after tax for what I should have paid >$425'ish for... Schweet.

So I'd bring in any printouts that have that 20% off mentioned, be polite with them first then a-hole 'em if they resist 😀

I love it. You must have taken the same class of "Communicating with CSR's 101" as I did. In the 200 levels they teach you how to deal with their supervisors 😉
