Office 2007 Installation Error...

I installed Office 2007 on my laptop just fine, but when going to install it on my PC, from the same disk, it tells me that the Language of the installation package is not supported by my system.

I have XPSP2 in english...

why wouldn't a language neutral installer be supported by my OS? Any thoughts?
