Office 2003 Retail Versus OEM

What do you get with Office 2003 Small Business Edition Retail that you don't get with the OEM version? Thanks.

OEM license is tied to that machine and is not transferable. Retail license can be moved to another machine and you?re able to install on one desktop machine and one portable device.

Thanks for the reply. I know about the license differences. I was wondering if there are any differences in the software? Do you get any add-ons with Office Retail that you don't get with Office OEM?
