I think you need this one. It's the license and software assurance, the one you linked is just software assurance and I don't think it comes with a license. You'll still need a volume license cd to install it. Like the ones you get from college or work, enterprise edition so to speak.

I use Open Office now instead of MS's Office products. Everybit as good and its free.
