Office 2003 Corrupted

I have been having this problem with Office 2003 for a while now. I cannot open Excel or Outlook. When ever I click on the icon, it will say something like Preparing to install... Then it will try to install then it will say Fatal error during installation. This also happens if I go to my network places for some reason. Word and Power Point work fine. I've tried to do a repair but it also gives me the same fatal error.
The box says I can install office on 3 different computers. Since I have already installed it on 3 computers, will I be able to uninstall then reinstall on this computer without getting into any trouble?

I think a re-install would be the best option. I don't think you'll have any problems re-installing it. The activation service should recognize that your particular software was already on that computer and know that it's not a "fourth" computer. At least, it seems to work for me. I have a Home-Use Program Office CD which only allows one computer, and I've re-installed it 5 or 6 times over the years with no issues.
