i built a computer and installed office 2000 and sent it off to the customer, after a few weeks when ever they run office it will shut down - NOT windows98se but office will just close no "do you want to save first" no error messages - all other products work - outlook, windows, internet, mgi photosuite whatever else except office products i have tried a repair and reinstall of office still happens - no BSOD nothing just closes down - its not minimised either.
Right i have told the onsite engineer to format but i was just wondering if anyone knew or has had this problem.
MS knowlage base dont turn up anything or google so anyone got any ideas ???
