Somebody should keep track of all the free web/pic hosting AT users are offering us. These are great services for the AT community.

I have gotten a couple request for hosting and I still have some spots left. So if you want the webhosting pm or e-mail me fast 😛
 
I could really use this.. for hosting a forum for some friends of mine .. how relaible will this be (ie, will it be up for a long time?)

The only problem is the mysql database file for my forums is almost exactly 20MB 🙁
 
Ok, fine, I'll list the downside... it's probably slower...

there isn't any limits, unless you can somehow fill up 80 gigs of my 120 gig hard drive, then you go... otherwise I'm sure by then you'll be pissed off with my connection (not the fastest)

I wish I had an oc3 line... I'd be giving stuff for free and it'd actually be fast 🙁

i think almost everyone wishes they had an oc3 line...
 
I have about 500 mb of webhosting. The site is rarely ever down. Maybe once every 6 months or so, but its only for a bit. Speeds are very good. I get 180 kb/s which is what I am caped at on my cable line. I heard people got much higher speeds too.

I still have lots of room to host sites.

and Geekish Thoughts, pm and il see if I can host your forums.
 
My speeds never diminish when people are using my upload... granted I have no upload but I don't use it for anything but running a server...

do you have bw limits in writing? or are you handling those issues as they come?

well I have a 10 gb/month limit. That is good unless you get thosands of hits a day.
