I was watching spike TV, and there was a commercial for a new phone serviced called "amp'd"
First of all, I think this is a stupid name for a mobile service, and I will also add that it appears their strategy is to get customers to buy music and games on their phones at premium prices. I think that sounds pretty shadey, but maybe there is a market for that with spoiled kids. Apparently the phones will also show 30 second *ads*... sounds lovely.....
Here is the important part: the commercial showed someone who looks like the Spiderman actor telling a muscular man to grab an old (~70 yr old) man and start beating him. Then he tells a woman to start shaking her ass, and orders the bus driver to slam on the breaks. This causes the old man to fall hard.
The narrator says that everyone is entitled to having such "fun"
I say FVCK amp'd and their ad strategy. They are an evil company as far as I am concerned. Since when is it ok to beat up old guys as a marketing strategy?
*I REALIZE ITS NOT REAL, BUT WHY SHOULD IT EVEN BE FUNNY??*
Here's your solution
1. Take your TV to the roof of your domicile
2. Tie a rope around it and place on edge of roof, precariously if possible
3. Climb down and stand directly beneath the TV
4. Give that rope a hefty tug
Repeat if needed.
you are SOO funny.....
