off topic? winXP read speed test

Not sure if this is my mobo issue or not - epox 9npa+, using the win XP read speed test on the SATA controller, I get the following with my hitachi SATA2 160gb drive:

Theoretical limit - 300
Burst speed - 187.7
Sustained speed - 62.7

Do these numbers sound right or should I mess around in bios somewhere to bump it up? I did turn on the sata2 function with the hitachi drive tool already.

Burst is really good, actual media throughput is what's to be expected from today's drives.
