depends on the situation--or type of bribe. If you're a drug runner or big time kingpin, then there's certainly some corrupt motherfuckers that will take some coin to look the other way, just as there are anywhere else.

But if you're talking about the "institutional" type of bribe, like in Russia or Poland c 1991-2000 (even today), where bribes were pretty much considered fare for crossing a highway, lest you lose your taillights or your brakes, then no. that does not exist here.
 
I've worked with Russians on construction jobs here for many years. They have to be the most worthless motherfuckers I've ever had to deal with on the jobsites. Lazy, stupid, low-skill levels...but they HAVE to be hired due to various project requirements for ethnic/cultural manning numbers.

I'll trade 10 Russian laborers for one good Mexican laborer. (and I'm getting the better deal)
