ps - there is a place I can get poutine from, but it's fucking pricey as shit.
 
I do not like mixing breakfast and lunch food. Either have the maple syrup and omit the gravy / hot dogs or not...
 
Pike is disgusting and slimy. Walleye is ok but we call it pickerel (doré in French). Best fish I've ever eaten was arctic char.
