OEM White Label vs OEM Original Label

Hi,

Can anybody explain to me what's the difference between "White Lable" and "Original Label"?
I've been looking at pricewatch.;com and online shops list OEM White Label which are little bit cheaper. Does it mean that they are downgraded OEM products?

Oem w/ any color label = OEM
