Newegg has both the Retail version and the OEM version of MS Works Suite 2005. The OEM version is about half the price. Does anyone know if the OEM versions of software come with a liscense to install and run it?

Yes it will install an run fine, it probably just comes with a CD in a little pouch and thats it, CD key is probably stamped on the disc or on a sticker. No manuals or boxes etc.
 
iirc OEM software is supposed to be only purchased with a new full complete computer, however im sure newegg will let you slide with just a significant hardware purchacse (hard drive, cpu or motherboard)
