OEM Server Software

I recently finished a project for a larger client that needed multiple servers built. The scope of the project changed towards the end and I wound up not needing one of the servers so I have an unused OEM edition of Server 2008 SBS + 5 extra CALs that I no longer need. The customer doesn't want them and the vendor I purchased them from will not take them back as we just missed the 30-day return window.

Is there a forum that anyone knows of wherein I can sell unused, unactivated OEM software? After looking around at some of the more obvious forums, it is not looking good and I am think eGay is my only real option - meh!

Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.

If the OEM software is sealed, you can sell it on eBay. If the seal is broken, then the MS End User License Agreement says you can't sell it except as part of a complete PC where it's installed.

it is still sealed so that is good to know.
Yeah, a sealed OEM package is saleable anywhere. Legally, at least. If you do try to sell it, point out the circumstances and the fact that it's sealed. There's tons of folks offering opened packages or just COA stickers or just install DVDs. Those are, legally speaking, worthless.
