OEM Pioneer 106S DVD-Rom

I have a new Pioneer 106s DVD that I bought OEM. I went to their site to find the driver as I am building a new rig. All I found were DOS drivers which are a pain IMHO. 😀 I have never actually installed one that way, but after reading the readme, I was kinda confused. Anyone have any other options for installing this drive(driver) for a new rig? Any websites out there with this driver..non-DOS if possible? If not, can someone simplify the setup process to get this drive installed. BTW, I have already installed my CD-RW and Windows. Thanks!

Ok, so now that I have Windows installed, I just connect the dvd as a slave to the CD-RW and it will plug and play and install? Nothing else? Thanks!

Yap, all CD-ROMS, DVDs, and CD-RWs do not need special drivers. Nor do floppy drioves.

Sounds good. I guess I learned something today. 😀 I will try that when I get home. Thanks for the quick replies!
