Honestly, now I am very confused.😕
 
I thought the stipulation with installing windows on a different machine is that you're supposed to have that sticker with the license key on the case.

I think Dell does that so people that buy them came take it to a shop and have XP put back on with out there worrying about their costumers losing their keys and CD.
