As an independent: boring candidates are winning primary candidates for the Democrats, Gore, Kerry, Obama, HRC. Policies? Copy/paste, done and done, no reason to think they'd be any different, given she's currently the VP for Biden. Turnover... uh, what is this? Who cares?I am highly suspicious of this claim.
Let’s learn from previous mistakes. She is boring, she appears to have no policies to speak of, she has a rapid turnover with her staff because she is difficult to work for.
She is not the candidate a majority of people will support.
at this point the electorate is crying for a candidate other than Biden to support. She is not the best but she will do, and is better than Biden for sure.I am highly suspicious of this claim.

Harris isn't the answer. She isn't getting you the states you *need*.
MI, WI, PA. Good luck.
I'll also point out, you're not just voting for the president in 2024, you're voting for the one through most of 2028.Given that 1) he's not going to get younger 2) the media is not going to let this go 3) confidence among his own party rank and file has absolutely imploded 4) D voters (not the elites) want somebody else to top the ticket there is no good reason to keep this up even if you think it is still possible to win (arguably true). If he's concerned about legacy it's time to bail so as to not be left holding the entire bag.
Gore lostAs an independent: boring candidates are winning primary candidates for the Democrats, Gore, Kerry, Obama, HRC. Policies? Copy/paste, done and done, no reason to think they'd be any different, given she's currently the VP for Biden. Turnover... uh, what is this? Who cares?
Gore lost
Kerry lost
Obama won
Hillary lost
25% success rate is nothing to be proud of.
One of these things is not like the others, one of these things is not quite the same...Gore lost
Kerry lost
Obama won
Hillary lost
25% success rate is nothing to be proud of.
LOL yeah not sure how that list was supposed to give us confidence.Gore lost
Kerry lost
Obama won
Hillary lost

In what world is Biden the “exciting” not boring candidate vs Kamala?
It's not meant to provide confidence, it's to point out the Democratic party heavily favors boring candidates, so being "boring" should not be considered a disqualifier.LOL yeah not sure how that list was supposed to give us confidence.
Also 1/4 is actually worse than the subjective reality. Both Gore and HRC arguably should have won their general elections, so they must have done something wrong.
Come from a working family, isn’t particularly rich for being involved in Politics for so long. Able to not sound snotty when he speaks. In what world is Biden the “exciting” not boring candidate vs Kamala?
The youth that think Pete is some sort of McKinsey plant?I just want a Pete + AOC ticket and setup the next several election cycles with some youth. Pete can actually *talk* to Fox News.
As pointed out above, we probably don't consider Obama a "boring" guy. He certainly wasn't in 2008's wave. It's not meant to provide confidence, it's to point out the Democratic party heavily favors boring candidates, so being "boring" should not be considered a disqualifier.
Fucking Howard Dean dropped out because he got too excited once 🙄

VP isn't about accomplishments. And it's not like 45 had any merits behind him.I’m a Pete fan but what has AOC actually accomplished?
