"is or has been a habitual drunkard" that line bothers me. So alcoholics can't apply towards U.S. citizenships? I thought it was a medical condition. The Law boggles Pip's mind.
 
Some people claim alcoholism is a "disease" and others say it is a psychological or character flaw.....either way an alcoholic is an undesirable person, except to the local liquor store, so why would the US want one as a new citizen?
