Odd WoW Framerate Issue

It seems that no matter what settings I've tried, my framerate stays at a maximum of about 64 FPS. Moving up to 2x AA didn't affect things very much. Vsync is off and my refresh rate is 85Hz, resolution is at 1600x1200. Rig specs are in my sig.
 
WoW has an issue with x2's capping fps at 64.1

If you watch the background while you move you will probably notice slight stuttering as well.

 
I have the same strange behaviour... Though I have a Pentium-D 820. ~64fps tops, no matter the settings.
 
Xed is right. Blizzard has come out to say that it is a problem, and that you should be happy with the 65 fps. Good tech support, eh?
