Easily found the blue one. The whole thing appears to be powered by a large power plant with the huge amount of water there being used for steam generation,if open cycle, and cooling.
So some type of factory, processing facility and mine.

It is what they are spending all our money on as we buy more and more crap from them.

Smells like a weapon ...one that will make our military irrelevant

Well, we know the answer to that, don't we?

It looks like weapons testing to me. The pockmarked earth in the surrounding area suggests that they are patterns to try confuse some sort of targeting system.

It makes no sense because it barely changes in shade and doesn't change at all in dimension as it goes through water, onto mountains, etc. It's almost as if it's a photo overlay.

I agree except there are places where the sand/dirt has blown over the markings.

Very very bizarre.. Almost looks like an antenna of some sort

How do we know it was China and not... aliens?

Though I would kind of like to know why everything is that neon cyan color, I agree that it does look altered. Though I don't know if that's because it actually looks altered or the color is just so out of place.
