You're not the only one...the demo runs as a slideshow on my GF3, presumably due to software emulation...I want to get a 9800 Pro, but I saw a 256 MB 5600 which is more than a little tempting (4x my current memory) and it would run Dawn...tough choice...

Some of them do, but the vast majority are intentionally coded to require an nVidia graphics card or use nVidia specific driver extensions.

forget ATI, i couldnt get it to run on my GF4. how did u get it to run on your GF3 shade4ever?

I found an nv35 emulator in the thread I got the demo 'patch' from. PM me your email and you could have it too. Like I said, it's a slideshow for me, though. Your GF4 might actually play it.
