Odd problems, one application. Drivers?

I crash to desktop and get an odd monitor issue when playing a certain game (Dark Age of Camelot) with my new rig. The monitor just seems to shut off spontaneously and i have to power it off and on to get the picture back. Drivers the most logical solution? Maybe some monitor setting I'm not aware of?

Just as a general question I meant =)

But in my specific case:

Asus P4P800 Deluxe (Turbo NOT enabled)
p4 3.0c
ATI Radeon 9700 Pro with Catalyst 3.9 drivers ( i went back to 3.4 which worked on my other system when the Radeon was in it)
NEC AccuSync 95F monitor
Kingston Hyper X 3200 ram
Dirext X 9.0b

I updated the Sound Max drivers on my motherboard
Failed back to Catalyst 3.4
Updated the internal NIC driver too

Problem seems to be gone. I'll go back and update the Catalyst tomorrow to see if that brings the problem back.
