Odd problem with firefox

Ok when I first installed firefox I could use the up and down arrows on the keyboard to scroll up and down in the page. Now there is a cursor wherever I click on a web page. And when I use the arrows it just moves the cursor up and down the page. I am guessing that I accidently pressed some keys that made this happen. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

There's a thing called 'mousekeys' in windows, is this turned on? If it was you would probably be able to move the mouse with arrows in any app, not just FF. There is a hotkey sequence for it.

Press F7, and next time some strange dialog box comes up asking if you're sure you want to enter caret browsing mode, don't just click "Yes".
