This is happening on 2 pc, 1 laptop and 1 new build I just did. My wife pc connects perfectly and never drops, this is only affecting me for some reason.
Talking specific with new build. specs.
Windows 7 64bit
evga x58
I7 920
OCZ 6GB DDR3
Radion 4850
Linksys WMP300N - connecting to router WRT400N
I boot up, pc connects correctly. After about 10min-30min I lose connection. I do an IPconfig /all and it shows correctly with IP/gateway/dns
However, no connection. I can not even ping the gateway. I disabled windows FW. I have no anti virus or firewall software running. Everything appears correctly but I cannot get to any sites/play mmrpg.
I am a bloody network engineer and can not figure it out. I think windows is blocking as I cannot ping the gateway but have no idea what it could be.
I also have the same problem on the HP laptop. Once again my wife's pc never loses connection and performs fine.
I have also uninstalled the adapter and let windows reinstall it.
any ideas would be help 🙂
