Odd pc crash

I recently rebuilt my computer and have had only 3 crashes. Each crash has dealt solely with watching a full screen video from IGN's site. Twice using Opera and then I used FF and it crashed then. It starts to lag the crap out of my computer and eventually I just hit reset and let it go.

I have an ATI 4890 and had Catalyst 9.12 and now I have 10.1. Any ideas?

I have no issues watching movie trailers through quicktime, no problems watching movies on iTunes, and no issues with youtube.

Try IE.

IE did the same thing. When I hit full screen for a video on IGN's website it crashes my computer pretty much. I never had this problem with IGN's old page style but this new one just does not seem to like me at all.

The only thing I can see to do ow would be to try some burn in tests. I know memtest is for memory, what else could I try for CPU and GPU to test them out?

It does sound like insufficient memory for the task indicated, or, a memory collision of data. That is the root cause of most crashes.
