Odd mood. Stress?

As I've said before, I just came back from Scotland and I had a kick-ass time. I met a lot of new people, and it was awesome. I've come home, and after two weeks of constant stimulation and social interaction, I'm left with nothing near what I was used to, plus jet-lag, and the fact that I have to deal with real life.

Frankly, it sucks.

I'm unmotivated, bored, lazy, you name it. Soccer starts in a week, with practices twice a day for the first three days, and then the teams are picked. I hope to play varsity, but I'm stressed about how I'll play during the try-outs. The whole girl-situation that I posted about sometimes creeps into my mind, and I get thinking about that.

My parents keep pressuring me about my summer homework, and try to make estimates as to how long it will take to complete. I've been working on it throughout the summer, but somehow my father thinks there's gonna be this huge time crunch and I'm not gonna "complete it to an A-standard". I want to, hell I need to do well in school this year (junior year) if I want to have a chance at going to the colleges that I'm interested in. This adds stress as well.

This week should be the one week this summer (other than my time in Scotland) where I should be totally and completely happy and laid back in preparation for life to shift into autumn/soccer season/school mode. Yet, I feel like it's starting off as the exact opposite.

Ideas as to how to make myself feel better, and not feel so stressed?

If you're just gonna come into the thread and tell me about how my life is so easy, and that your life as a 30 year old failing IT bitch is ten times worse, I could give a sh!t. I just want ideas as to how to feel not as stressed, I dont want to compare my life to yours.

Seems like you're just tired and reluctant to get back into the swing of things.

Take a nap, get some sleep during the night, and stop worrying about school. I always used to feel the same way, but when I started practice, my days would ALWAYS be more fun.

go get enemy territory, get addicted in 20 minutes, play 1 hr a day or until stress is relieved by shooting people and blowing things up

get laid by a girl who doesnt have a disease (odds are, if you do a girl with a disease, the stress level will rise, this is not desired and you DEFINITELY wont feel better)

Sound advice. Nice. I just went for a run in the POURING rain. I went without my inhaler (I have exercise induced asthma) and it was damn humid. After doing a few full-field sprints, and kicking my own ass, I feel better. I am dripping with sweat.

Okay? The air quality in Southern Maine sucks ass, and when it's humid as well, I can barely breathe.

Oops.
Air humidity is averagely 90%+ in such caverns, so i see it's not a good idea, then.
Air quality is mostly excellent, at least I feel so.
