Odd Gamepad Question

Alright, here's what I've got, I purchased a Super Dual Box Advance, i.e. I can use PSX and PS2 controllers on my computer. It's fantastic and works like any gamepad should with full rumble and everything. Here's what I want to ask, games such as Splinter Cell use the mouse wheel to control how fast you walk, I don't want that! I want the analog stick to have sensitivity, so the harder I press the stick, the faster Sam Fisher walks/runs, instead of using the mouse wheel. Are there any programs that let me do such a thing or is it something impossible right now?

It may not be a feature built into the drivers. You would need some hacked drivers writen for the game to get that kind of support. Or it may even be a limitation of the unit in respect to how it translates the controler's inputs. It may treat the anolog pad as a normal D-pad. Allowing only and an on and off possition.

Nevermind about this topic, just realized that if you choose the use joystick feature it treats my game pad exactly like I want it. Using the gamepad feature I can go as fast or as slow as I want depending on the how much force I apply to the joystick! Nice! Too bad the secondary stick doesn't work...but that's easy to fix with Xpadder :).
