The file is on my friend's computer, not mine. I have been trying to help him organize his PC and clean it up a bit. So far, I have cleared up over 60GB of space on his HDD for him. The majority of the files were games he installed, never played, and forgot about.

Anyways, when he starts his PC, the file vwikxhkm.dll encounters an error. I Googled it and found nothing, so I turn to you. As far as I can tell, every application on his PC runs fine and without any trouble, so it baffles me as to what this .dll file is used for.

Does anyone know what it is for, if it is vital for his PC, and if I can get rid of it if it is just causing problems?

He uses AVG, but rarely updates it. I knew his computer was in bad shape and that this dll looked very suspicious, but I had no idea that it was this bad. He has about 20 other dll files named similar to this one, but all consist of random letters.

None of the anti-virus softwares detect all the trojans out there. But combofix takes care of most of what the anti-virus softwares miss.
