OD: Royal 96K organizer for $ 0.88

I went to an OD in Pa and I found a Royal Organizer with 96K memory ffor 88 cents. I know that it is not a Palm V, but it looks neat. I picked up one just because it was so cheap. It had a 3-line display with some sort of RoyalGlo backlight. Lists for $9.99. I do not have the SKU but the UPC is 2244714395 and the model is dm3070B. There were different colors with different model numbers according to color. The cashier said "Wow! Where did you get those!." There was about 10 left at that store (If the cashier did not buy them all!). I think it is pretty funny that the people working there have no idea what great deals they have!! Also picked up the Gravis GamePad Pro and Joystick that are mentioned in other posts. There were plenty of them there! Well, take this info for what it is worth!

The real steal was the Sharp OZ-770's and 730's for $4.88 and $5.88. I bought the last oz-770 in the Norfolk, VA area last night right before closing. OZ-770 has 3mb of storage and apparently you can download games for it. It's got synchronization software for Microsoft Outlook. Takes standard AA batteries. The girl at the customer service desk couldn't believe the price.

I'm not sure of the SKU#, OD doesn't print them on the receipt. But there is this big sticker on the back of the packaging that says "651381" on it. That MAY be it. The UPC# is 7400001642

I went to a store in ann arbor today. To my surprise they have 8 of OZ-770PC. I bought all 8 of them. Also they gave me 50% off on the clearence price. So I bought them for $2.44 each.

Woohoo, got 5 out of the 6 they had at their Champaign, IL store. Item was not even tagged for clearance (computer said they had 3!!!). Nice gifts for my nephews and nieces.

Question - would Circuit City pricematch a clearance item of OD? They have the Sharp 770 PC for $79.99. OD computer says one (1) but they could not find it.

My guess is no. Especially if the price is that different (79 vs 5) Circuit City would call to verify whether the item was in stock, or whether it was being discontinued from being carried, which are both the case, and they would not honor the price match.

BTW!!! HOW did you get the JORNADA for $99?!?! can you scan the reciept?
