OCZ StealthXSteam 600W enough to power my new system?

This is the system which will be powered by the OCZ 600W:

-Asus P6T X58 MB
-i7 920 (planned OC to 3.4)
-G.Skill 3GB (3x1GB) DDR3 1333 RAM
-Seagate Barracuda 250GB 7200RPM HD (1)
-Creative X-Fi sound card
-Geforce GTX 285
-Cooler Master 120MM fan (1)

Will my OCZ StealthXStream 600W be able to power this system without issues? Considering the new components which require less voltages, I thought I would be ok. For exampled the GTX 285 draws much less power than the GTX 280.

I really dont want to have to spend another $150 on a more powerful PSU.

Any help and suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yep, it will work just fine. I have the same PSU. My only gripe with it is that they put all the SATA connectors on the same line, so I had to stretch it connect my SATA hard drive at the bottom of my case to the SATA optical drive at the top of my case.
