I have this drive and I am going to be returning it this weekend. It simply cannot stay stable and online. If I leave my machine up files will get corrupted, and the internal RAID 0 array will fall offline. I wish it was stable because it was very fast.

Could you explain those problems in more detail, yinan?

For example, what OS are you on? Are you running latest drivers?

edit: lol they use Silicon Image RAID controller :X :X :X

I'm surprised this is news for you considering Anand's (albeit short) article about this device has been up for months.

OCZ isn't doing any native PCIe interfaces on their cards yet. If you really want to be impressed with PCIe SSD stuff you should look into FusionIO.

Win7 x64 Ultimate, on a core i17 with 15 GB ram.
Drivers are updated.
For example, if left idle overnight/while at work I will come home and it is hung, and upon reboot windows will go through check disk and repair corrupted files.

Really? I thought their Z-Drives were native PCIe. Then again, they are in the $2k-$3k range.

No, they still use a typical RAID controller that uses SATA to interface with the NAND controller(s). The RevoDrive has switched to SF controllers, but I believe even the R2 Z-Drives are using Indilinx controllers.
