OCZ RD400A solid upgrade?

Right now I have an OCZ Vector 150 120GB as my boot drive and two Seagate Constellation ES.3 1TBs in RAID 0. Would an OCZ RD400 256GB be a worth it upgrade over my current boot drive? Any noticeable improvement in boot time, program launches/installs, and update installs?

Also, would there be any benefit in Lightroom RAW to TIFF conversions? Mind you it's not thousands of files, at most a few hundred at a time.

Dont expect boot time speedups. M.2 controllers need more time to be initialized than SATA controllers. But after the boot is will be faster than a decent SATA drive. If the SSD is the bottleneck of your conversions, you may see a boost, I can't tell for sure, sorry.
