For my 8800gt and e8400 on a GA-EP35-DS3L...should be, right? The 12v ratings are for different rails. The first one is rated at 20A and the second at 18A. I've been reading that there is really no such thing as "separate" 12v rails anyhow, so I'm thinking I should be alright, yeah?

well yes there are such things as separate rails.

The Corsair HX1000 has true separate rails

many PSUs like the StealthXstreme have virtual separate rails

some PSUs like the HX620 don't really have separate rails at all, even though they claim to.

Do you already have this OCZ in your possession, or are you looking to buy it?

It's powering my system currently :) The reason I ask is because sometimes, in Crysis or in ATI tool, I get a squealing noise from my 8800gt. I've read that when it has to render something over 100FPS that the caps on some 8800gt cards start to squeal but it can also be caused by insufficient power. I'm trying to eliminate my PSU from the equation :)

should be enough. What kind of squealing noise? Is it yelling at you because it's overheating? Is the fan dying?

Edit: You get over 100fps in crysis?

Nooooooo, not IN Crysis, I should have said in the main menu. I know that sounds bizarre but if you Google it, others have had the same issue. It's a squealing coming from the caps. It's not the fan nor is it overheating.

It's not a question of power with a 600W psu. Is it a squealing sound like you sometimes hear out of a TV or other electronic device? (By the way, I think it's from inductors, not capacitors, but I could be wrong.)

If I'm not mistaken, the insufficient power noise is a god awful shriek, and there'd be no question.
