OCZ Platinum Revision 2 or OCZ Reaper HPC Edition DDR2 800

If you are going for just the wow factor then probably the reaper with the neatO heat pipe lol. From some things I have read that heat pipe does not really do all that much. The heat pipe is running along the top of the PCB and not actually in contact with the chips. I think the new reaperX design has them touching the chips and might offer better cooling I do not know. IMO with good air flow you will probably get the same out of both kits you listed.
With only a saving of 15 to start and 20 after rebate IMO the reaper is still worth it for the wow factor.
