I am currently using this RAM and my rig and love it. Very high quality stuff. For any reviews that say the RAM won't run above 800Mhz, they don't know what they are talking about (most likely using a Fisher Price "My First Motherboard". My motherboard detected this at the proper settings with a lower voltage without doing anything at all.

On the negative, I like many people have had to fight to get my rebate, but overall I think it's worth it.
 
I think it has to do with the time period of the rebates. They had a bunch of problems with rebates from late December/early January where things were completely messed up by their rebate house. My specific issue seems to be that I had two rebates (one for this RAM and one for a PC Power & Cooling PSU) and the power supply rebate was denied because they posted it as another RAM rebate. So I received a letter stating that I wasn't eligible because I already had a rebate for the RAM.
 
I am running this memory in my main machine and haven't had any issues with it. I would pick up another 4gigs if there was a point in having 8...
