ocz performance vs ocz valuevx

im wondering which of these two value rams would be better for low latencey (2-2-2-5?) and slightly overclocked (210-220 mhz), the performance series http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227031 or the VALUEVX series http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16820227213

I've heard rave reviews about the valuevx ocing abilities, but the performance series has better stock latencies @ 2-3-3-6 for only 5 dollars more...which one should i go with?

Go for the value vx if you have a DFI board. 2-2-2-5 @ ~210 w/3 volts is average.

isn't 7 the best tRAS for the dfi nf4 board? 6-8 were the peak bandwith for anandtech's review

You'll see a better performance difference by going 4x512 at higher latencies than you will see with 2x512 at lower latencies in most modern games. Just FYI...

you can do low latencies and higher FSB, just as long as you use 2T with 4dimms. 1T to 2T performance difference is only 5% max, so don't worry about it.

Well my choice is 4x512mb or 2x1gb. I think I'll go with 2x1gb though...it just seems like the better one. Plus I can get a 1T command rate.
