which oen should i get, bith are 450 watt models and both have plenty of amerage on the 12v, but the antec one i can get for about 10~ less. I heard that the antec one has moduler cables?? what is that ?
 
The Antec SmartPower does not in fact have modular cables.
The only known Antec PSU with modular cables is the Antec NeoPower which only comes in one flavour, 480W.
 
antec is about to release multiple models with mudular cables, if they are important wait. In general ocz powerstream > antec > ocz modstream so based on your options the antec is probably better
