I just installed it with the evercool "quieter" fan described in the articles and my max load is 49c with antec silver paste, this is no better than my volcano6! what's going on?
 
What thermal paste did you use with the Volcano 6? Also, make sure you didnt use too much thermal paste as that can cause cooling to be less effecient.

now i'm @ 1.95vcore, 148fsb, 1710mhz w/ AGKGA 1800+ on Shuttle AK35GT/R and i'm @ max load of 51c with cpu burn with the slower fan, that's acceptable i think, nice and stable
