For those of you needing 850 watts, this is a red hot deal on a decent power supply. The OCZ gamestreams would not be my first choice for a PSU, but they will deliver the claimed wattage and they are backed by a three year warranty. The disadvantages on this PSU are pretty obvious, no modular cables and only 2 six pin PCI-E connectors which means all of you running dual 8800 GTs/GTXs will be using your molex to PCI-E adapters.

If you're not running SLI and you've got room to hide a bunch of cables, this might be a good one to jump on.

I don't know about that. Apart from the Corsair PSUs, I don't know of any first tier PSUs that sell for less than $180.00. PC Power & Cooling, top line Silverstone, Enermax, Seasonic, they're still really pricey.

OCZ (which is definitely not first tier anyway) is the only PSU maker aggressively cutting prices right now.

No more jumbled messes of unused cables lying around cluttering up my box. I'm tired of messing with 'em, and trying to hide 'em. From now on, the PSU will be modular, or they can keep it.

Just bought the Corsair 620W btw, and it got phenomenal reviews across the board.
