OCZ DDR RAM 512MB PC-2400 on an MSI 845 Ultra?

OCZ DDR RAM 512MB PC-2400 on an MSI 845 Ultra? Will it work okay or should I just go for the plain old PC-2100? Is it okay to use one 512 DIMM or should I use 2x 256MB?

i dont know any thing about your m/b but for the memory choice i would go for the fastest .... 2700......i quess it all depends what your going to do with the board....if your going to be o/cing alot ...go for the single piece of memory ...there have been problems with o/cers having timing problems with 2 or more sticks of ram in.... some people have had good experances with OCZ memory...Samsung would be better..but....if your not o/cing you can just get 2100 memory ...whatever combo you can afford..

Since you can't lower the multiplier on P4's the highest fsb your probably going to hit is 150mhz so a plain old 512mb stick of PC-2100 DDRAM should do.
