Hate to say this, but a year ago OCZ was all the rage and was in hot deals every day, but now it's impossible to recommend their drives. I saw this deal, I saw the Agility 3 60GB for $55, and I didn't bother posting either.

I haven't had any problems with my Agility 2, but that was before they started misadvertising and mislabeling their products.

Possibly, I've heard of issues with the latest sandforce based drives, but if you check the memory and storage sub forum, you'll see some threads indicating that firmware updates may have largely fixed most of the issues.

I've got a 60GB Vertex Plus that is supposedly plagued with issues, but it's been running just fine for almost two months now.
