I know. I was just a bit surprised and now I realize I should have posted this in the off-topic or general forum. Could a mod move this thread to a more appropriate forum?

Sad, I wish it had been the other way around, so OCZ would be getting better, instead of what will be happening now to PC P&C.:(

PC P&C if money isn't a concern, but that's not the point. OCZ now has all of PC P&C's designs, technicians, assets, etc. working for it. Unless OCZ adamantly refuses to utilize any of PC P&C's designs, I suspect that OCZ's product line may get a hell of a lot better in the near future.

Last time I checked, OCZ power supplies were all rebadged units from other companies, no? Acquiring PC P&C gives them a much better source for their power supplies.

OCZ isn't bad. I just recently purchased a OCZ GameXStream and it's been running great.

Same here. Although the fan is a little loud at time but not terrible.
