Well I'm not sure if they do, but I dont think I like paying out $125 and waiting months to get $90 back, so I may just go for this, seeing as I pay $50 or so less outright...... I'd like to know how the performance of this vs. Ultra RAM is however, and how good Ultra RAM is.

PC3200 DDR isn't exactly rocket science. Either will work fine, with Corsair having a better reputation.
