Can somebody tell me the difference between OCZ5001024ELDCGEVX-K and OCZ500512ELGEVX? Which one is better? Thanks.

There is no difference, the model numbers are the same (ELGEVX) except for dc (dual channal), which means they are just selling two sticks of it instead of one.
 
I will attest to the 2-2-2-6 timings of this RAM. I bought this for $220 used about a month ago and it has been nothing less than incredible. Just crank up the volts and FSB, tighten the timings, and speed away. AWESOME DEAL!!!!!

Go for the two separate sticks, so if for some reason there's a problem on one of them, you only have to RMA that one and not both. 😉
